ESO: How to defeat Molag Baal as a lvl 46 vampire (the easy way)

My vamp couldn't even get to Molag Baal, his aoe oneshotted me with like 1k more dmg per pop than I had hp for... I had to "cheat" to move on.

First I got cured..
Then I vanquished him...
And then I got bitten again...

Level 46 and ready to move on to Cadwell's silver. :)
Skillpoints that disappeared when I got cured came back when I finished the vampire quest the second time. No need for a reset.
